Is it usual for your fingernails to be brittle and your nail beds to be sore after removing nail varnish? ?

I always have this problem with my nails being very brittle, because of this if think. Is it common when wearing nail varnish?

Would it be best to go ';natural for a while? Is there any products to help?

Please help :) x xIs it usual for your fingernails to be brittle and your nail beds to be sore after removing nail varnish? ?
It might be the nail varnish your using. Try and find one that will strengthen and condition your nails after polish removal. As someone suggested using Sally Hansen's Cuticle oil works great if used daily or whenever your not wearing any polish. I would also find a nail strengthener that can double as a base coat or worn everyday.

Plus, use a nice hand lotion whenever you can, have small bottles wherever you are at work, in the car (between lights) in the rooms you frequent and the bed room. The natural hand lotions or body notions help to moisturise the skin and nail bed.

They also have vitamins for hair and nails that help to grow longer healthier nails very quickly but have heard others use them and the might work for you.

Finally, visit your manicurist and see what she suggests you do, she's the expert and it may be something you just overlooked. Good luck. Post some pics when you nails grow back. Kudos. Is it usual for your fingernails to be brittle and your nail beds to be sore after removing nail varnish? ?
depends on the condition of ur nails. i use sally hansens nail and cuticle oil before each application. rub it into each nail for a couple minutes all together then wipe with a dry tissue. then i use rimmels 3 in 1 clear varnish, its a base strengthener and top coat, then i use my chosen colour
i always wear varnish and i never got that problem.
