you can get it for normal nails, or sensitive peeling nails, which is the one i use





i noticed a difference after using it once, and my nails were in a reaallly bad condition, trust me! it also gives your nails a really nice glossy sheen :)

milk does a body good...but it takes longer.... u can also go to sally's beauty supply........its called ';rejuvinize'; its in a square bottle....and u put it on ur nails once a day for 7 days, and u will really notice a difference...it also helps nails grow...good luck

i used to have weak brittle nails to but i got recommended 'OPI avoplex oil' by a friend. You massage it into nails twice a day and let it soak in. It really works, its quite expensive (around 拢15} but it gives you really good results and and makes the nails ridge free aswell!

Take calcium tablets or go to Holland %26amp; Barrett and buy the ones that are especially for hair and nails.
