Get a good Multi-Vitiman like GNC Ultra Mega Green and use Almond Oil on your nails and around your finger tips.
alot of the questions above are correct but if everynight BEFORE you go to sleep you can wash your nails with soap and then rub garlic on your nails BUT DONT TAKE IT OFF!!!!!!!
