I hear that eating certain types of food can help with your nails... but never use that so called nail hardeners that supposedly make them stronger, its really just nail polish with nail glue that could actually make it worse.

brittle nails is a typical sign of anemia and or other health pssiblites
you shoudl go talk to yoru doctor about it and see if they have any idea why yoru nails are so weak if you havent already
