about dry wrinkled skin its caused by alot of things like weather change either the sun or the cold.. my skin also gets dry from the shampoo or soap i use maybe coz of the chemicals inside. am no sure about cracking neils and teeth. it could be that ur low on calcium or its just heredity :)
vitamin A %26amp; D defency. Take cod liver oil %26amp; drink a lot of milk.
